I have a bachelor's degree in information systems and a diploma in management informatics, and I am proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Previously, I was a Technical Competence Control Manager and a One Call Resolution Manager at the same company, where I ensured the quality and performance of the technical team and the IT infrastructure, and resolved incoming cases effectively and efficiently.
