From September 2014 up now,as a senior HR Advisor - Discipline always at Mutanda Mining :To participate at the beginning and the end of the disciplinary procedure,by planning and informing the stakeholders of disciplinary hearings on the modalities prescibed by the law and the internal regulation,by preparing the letters concerning the disciplinary matters and communicate it to the legal department,by drafting the disciplinary hearing minutes,by communicate to the department where the offending agent working on the outcome after hearing,to develop a weekly and monthly report,etc.C. From November 2006 to December 2008,as an Assistant Manager,in charge of recruitment and management of personnel careers :We hold the application form database.We prepare the C.Vs,the interview evaluation form,and we participate in the interview.We fill the contracts for the permanents workers and fixed term contracts for temporary staff and we deposit these to the ONEM for visa.We fill the INSS forms (Modèle II) and drop these to the INSS for registration and number.
