Working on a small and mighty team of three, I lead all visual design for Slingshot. This included creating and conceptualizing all visuals from brand identity, packaging, marketing materials, and online advertising to web design and physical trade show booths. I produced monthly email campaigns to grow our E-commerce business and execute events with budget constraints. I planned, implemented, and monitored social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. During my time at Slingshot I helped the owner design and develop multiple new products. On top of design, I was in charge of Slingshot's operations and accounting. I built out a local customer base to increase weekly direct deliveries in addition to managing a regular schedule for inbound and outbound shipments. I controlled inventory management, staff wages, purchase orders, shipping, and invoicing.

Produced a new brand system and packaging design of existing products. Created the look and layout of a new company website. Working alongside the brand manager and CEO to develop specific product positioning, targeting, and messaging. Managed social media platforms. Researched and executed influencer outreach and collaborations. Assisted in new product development.

Created informative material to revamp brands with a direct target in mind. Worked with the team to turn client’s ideas into finished art. Assisted in the creation of logos. Worked with the creative director on various print and digital design projects.

Performed duties necessary to the design process: research trends and current fashions, buy fabrics, decide on accessories to complement created pieces. Assisted with fabric cutting and designing prints. Managed studio stock and supplies.

Performed market analysis and research on competitors. Assisted in the distribution and delivery of marketing material. Created promotional ads for events. Maintained CRM software including salesforce. Assisted in cross-channel marketing campaigns.One of the greatest benefits of this experience is being apart of a rapidly growing company in addition to working side-by-side with the owners in order to expand to new locations and build a brand.
