 Field work- travel to client locations to survey piping, structural, and instrumentation. Take measurements, locate tie in points, route piping, and field sketch new supports. P&ID walk downs Structural/Civil Design-skids, concrete foundations, pipe supports, grading, toe plates, stairs and landings (grounding plates, grout calculations, rebar calculations, sono tubes, rebar lapping) Design P&ID’s, PFD’s, Site Security diagrams, flow diagrams to client specifics and update them by picking up red marks. Design equipment with client/engineering approval (nozzle placement/orientation.) Design Plot plans, Piping Plans, 3D models, P&ID’s, 3d iso views, and Fabrication isometrics, Process hazard studies. I’ve worked with Compressor Stations, Pump stations, Wellheads, Risers, and skid mounted refinerys. (ctb’s, vru’s, vrt’s, 2/3 phase seps, heater treaters, compressors, pumps, flares, vcu’s, scrubbers, and much more.) Types of facilities worked in- Petrochemical, LNG, sulfur recovery, and CO2 recovery plants Clients- Anadarko, Concho, Energy Transfer, Chevron, One Ok, Enlink, Oxy, Kinder Morgan

Pipeline Completions and Repair Systems (midstream subsea pipe line completions) Design UTA’S, Jumpers, Structural/Non-structural Clamps, b-cons(misalignment flanges,) Smart flanges, Smart vents, Piggable Wyes, Plets, Pleems, Spool pieces. and rov panels. Design each component used to assemble each Tool. (housings, piston, seal, hot stabs, rov panels, all specific to each customer order.) Clients: Exxon, BP, Chevron, Williams, and many more. Produce dimensionally correct detail drawings to scale and 3D models of parts and assemblies. (Scope of supply, Proposal, ECN, Red lines, Customer Red lines) Assist engineering lead in calculations (travel, tensile, volume)  Use People soft and PLM (vault) to maintain files-models, assemblies, and drawings. Develop hydraulic schematics (autoclave, jic, and sae fittings.) Standards- ANSI 14.5Y, ISO 9001, ASME B 16.5, NACE, API 6A
