Developed and maintained the online auction for used mining equipment; delivering a customizable experience for our vendors and clients.Learned and implemented SugarCRM for our customer relationship needs. Spent time customizing and writing plugins to allow for our CRM to communicate with our auction site.Developed and maintained a fully customized tracking system for all of our sales. Integrating our custom system, SugarCRM, auction site (customized and built on Joomla), and Constant Contact, all while making these cross platform accessible on all major mobile devices.
