- Coordination of Welder’s onsite with workload. - Weld pressure pipes, flanges and assemble pumps lines onto skid frames. (316L stainless steel, carbon, mild steel) - Precision cut materials with presses, guillotine, cold saw and hand grinders. - TIG welding skills of stainless steel products and experience fabricating from start to finish and installing. - Making adjustable bares, jigs and hand tools for setting up welding. - Fitting shipping container pump equipment systems out, cutting by plasma & oxy, dosing skid builds. - Be able to display the ability to read and make, interpret drawings. - Production orders, 5s, other welding applications required. - Heating and hammering - Aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments. - Examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision - Finishing products by cleaning, polishing, filing and bathing in acidic solutions - Cleaning and smoothing welds by filing, chiseling and grinding while ensuring both physical and psychological needs of the patient.
