- Leading Omada's mobile a11y effort to make Omada's mobile app compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA.- Spearheading the effort for introducing jetpack compose in the Omada core android app. Theming, arch, patterns, ui testing, code quality analysis, etc.- Leading the work to revamp much neglected theming to ensure that android app sticks to the latest Omada's design system. Also bridging the gap between internal design and the material components.- Ensuring the theming is consistent between compose and android view layer.

- Actively participating in software development cycle across mobile product, especially android.- Participating heavily in creating/rewriting almost every major feature of the Omada app.- Keeping up with the latest technology and leading majority of effort in shaping the arch and patterns for the codebase- Mentoring junior members of the team and implementing necessary tools and measures to keep the code and product quality high- Improving CI making it less flaky and faster.- Defining how automated testing works in the android team and set up framework around it.
