• Responsible for activations consisting of various types of circuits including DS1, EOC, Metro Ethernet, EOF and Bonded T1s• Responsible for VLAN and IP allocations for new circuits installs• Training tier1, tier2 for helpdesk support and troubleshooting circuit issues. • Configuring and managing circuit backhaul and transport.• Configuring, creating BGP, VRF for client and carriers on MPLS network.• Creating DLR/VISIO for new circuit activations• Training groups on activations on various layer 2 and layer 3 circuit types.• Knowledge in HSRP, DMVPN, PPPOE, bonding Ethernet and Serial ports

• Responsible for customer service care, Opening tickets and following up with carriers for circuit related issues• Trouble shoot and provide helpdesk support to client on layer 2, layer 3 circuits• Configure and install Cisco 2900, 2800, 2600, 1840, 7200 routers • Troubleshot Cisco 3700, 3500, 2940, 6500 catalyst switches.• Configure, install and trouble shoot Cisco APs• Configured jacks/ ports using layer 2 tools.• Field installations of Cisco equipment for circuit activations

Configures, install, tests and maintains:• In Building Wireless Networks - wLAN and wWanWi-Fi• Fiber Optic Antenna Networks• Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Repeaters• Fixed Wireless PTP– Campus Connections and T1 Backhaul• Mesh Networks• Cable Installation and Testing- Coax, Fiber Optics, and CAT5

Site survey (Determine what the work requirements are for the projects). Work crew assignment. Allocate vehicles and equipments as needed per project.Communications Tower assembly and erection ( Self-supporting and Monopoles.) Antenna mount and platform assembly for cell site. Cable installation and certified in Andrew connection.Comtrain certified for Tower climbing safety, Fall protection and rescue.
