Managed 70% of 200 staff for high growth top 10 video site and SaaS subscription provider that achieved more than a 300%+ increase in revenue and reached a monthly audience of 160MM. Created and launched first platform for paid video distribution, Vimeo OnDemand, for direct to customer sales. Expanded site and technology to multiple international languages and 4K video. Worked on all aspects of business with CEO while directly managing Product Management, Engineering, Mobile, Design, Project Management, Curation, Production, Community and Support teams.

Reported directly to Barry Diller, Chairman & CEO of IAC. Built and managed Vimeo video business to become one of IAC's core growth and value properties. Results included dramatic growth across all business areas including revenue (negligible to tens of millions), monthly uniques users (9MM to 90MM), monthly video plays (66MM to 450MM), and staff (13 to 60). Created and launched the SaaS video Pro subscription which remains a foundational cornerstone of revenue through today. Expanded distribution to all major mobile and OTT platforms.

Brought in to run and determine viability of Vimeo video business after unsuccessful effort to sell. Oversaw online virtual world Zwinky with 10MM monthly unique users. Worked within the Applications division of IAC.

Managed the business unit and staff for Cablevision's broadband Internet customers. Reorganized and developed unit and operation to achieve sustainable profitability and 400% growth in traffic.

Oversaw the strategy and development of all 20+ content feature channels, social tools (eg, instant messenger), and site personalization options.
