• Assist to do order picking and packed all the purchased items or gift packages with cusotmer's message according to customer's online order e.g. Shopee, Lazada or Shopify.
• Sorting out the parcels according to the couriers for delivery - ShopeeXpress, QExpress, J&T Express or any other couriers for local or overseas shipment.
• Regularly check the purchased items to detect any stains or defects during the process of packing for delivery or shipping.

• Dispose all the cartons of boxes and rubbish at the bin location before the opening hours.
• Conduct a check to detect any update price on the merchandise such as discount price.
• Assist customers with any of their requires at the sales floor during the operating hours.
• Provide a good customer service e.g. offering basket and greet to the customers at the sales floor.
• Assist to replenish items at the locations of the items at the sales floor.
