I have been working in online website production field for more than 5 years as a product manager and project manager. At the same time, I also act as an operation manager in the same field. I lead around 12 person in my team.I believe in rule of 82, and I like to use it in any ways.I’ll like to think fast and do fast in any ways, but before that I would spend more time for planning. As I believe that only that if you plan well then you can do it well. 80% of planning time vs 20% of action time. 80% of working time vs 20% of leisure time. 80% of communication time 20% of managerial time. Everything I have tried to do, I would like to make it efficiently, using less time or input come out with more creations or output.In the past, I have been playing a role of operation and product manager in my company. I planned the whole year project activities and communicate with different department such as IT, R&D, FINANCE, CS etc, just to make sure my plan go smooth and the most important thing is make more money to my company.
