CurrentI am responsible for the Business Development and Fulfillment, reporting directly to the president of the subsidiary in Colombia. I was headhunted in 2012 to achieve the successful implementation of the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and Fleet Management System (FMS) for the integrated public transportation system (SIRCI) of Bogota, Colombia. After the implementation, I achieved that the company reaches its growth goals every year, continuously winning new projects in public tenders. Although the solutions are always related to public transportation, I was even developing products and solutions that do not exist in the traditional portfolioKey Assignments, Responsibilities & achievements- Lead the sales team in LATAM: I led the business development team, and won different public and private tenders, such as the Virtual Education project in Colombia (2014), FMS in Pasto Colombia (2015), Anti-evasion gates in the Bogota Aerial Cable system (2018), ATMs for recharging transportation cards in Bogota (2018), ITS System (STS/STDI) for 1,500 pure-electric and low emission buses in Bogota (2019) and IaaS migration of SIRCI infrastructure (2021)- Product Development: I lead the process of development of solutions, from conceptualization, search, testing and negotiation with component suppliers, and continuous improvement of the solution, starting from Anti-evasion gates, ATM, STS/STDI and IaaS project, and continuously looking for future projects such as the QR code and EMV payments for public transportation system- Services Development: I have developed the services concepts to convert the maintenance needs of the sold solutions into a new source of income for the company, adding new services that give value to end users- Project Management: I lead the Project Management team, as support to the engineering and development area, managing the documentation, logistics and supply chain management, cash flow management, for the successful completion of the project
