Working at Bold Commerce was an enlightening experience. While wrestling with others' code and daily bug fixes wasn't my favorite part, the skills I gained were worth it.A big benefit was getting to work with a variety of advanced development tools, something I hadn't seen much of before. This, coupled with communication tools for managing a large team, gave me a new perspective. It was like my stint at McDonald's, but with tech.Plus, the people were impressive. The combined knowledge of senior developers, team leads, and interns made a huge difference. In just 10 months, I learned so much from them. It was challenging but rewarding and truly humbling.

In my role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Pluto Ventures from January 2018 to September 2019, I created an end-to-end solution for garment fit. This project involved optimizing mesh manipulations with NVIDIA CUDA and making use of human body 3D scans from the CAESAR 3-D Anthropometric Database. During this tenure, I also expanded my knowledge of Machine Learning research subjects, specifically within the field of Computer Vision.

As a Research Associate and CUDA Developer at the University of Winnipeg from May 2016 to November 2017, I worked on a high-performance computing framework project for GCM-Driven Climate Change Simulation using the WATROUTE model. This research, sponsored by Manitoba Hydro and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, led to significant achievements. I managed to reduce the routing model's runtime by up to 75 times, making the use of higher-resolution models feasible where it was once computationally prohibitive. Additionally, this role allowed me to develop expertise in CUDA, CUDA Fortran, and Fortran.

As a Teaching Assistant at the University of Winnipeg from 2015 to 2016, I navigated the complexities of Parallel Programming, Software Requirements and Design, and Database Systems Applications. This role refined my expertise and enhanced my teaching skills in these areas.
