Accountant
Current• Post daily financial transactions, process receipts/invoices, and pay bills on the ERP system.• Financial planning and analysis• General ledger reconciliation • Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, NSITF).• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting accurate financial records.• Preparing quarterly reports of sales, cash flow analyses, income statements, and statements of financial position.• Presenting data to management, investors, and other entities.• Weekly Bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.• Liaise with regulatory bodies on remittance of all taxes (Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.• Advice management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
