I love finding out what makes people alive and excited and getting them more of it, so they can reach their next level, personally and professionally.My career path has shifted from a career in leadership in manufacturing and IT operations to one of business, real estate, personal and professional coaching and music. I've been a real estate investor for half a decade, a certified coach for almost as long, and a musician most of my life. As a real-estate investor, I'm always building a solid portfolio of properties while I grow my business and leadership skills. As a Certified High Performance Coach, my passion is in helping others find more confidence, more joy and engagement in their life and making sure their goals and dreams get achieved faster and without the burnout... and I'm always improving my abilities to get people moving forward faster. As a singer-songwriter and musician, I already play a wide variety of musical instruments in a wide variety of contexts and I truly enjoy collaborating with and learning from other musicians while I expand my musical skillset and opportunities.My past career at General Motors took nearly 15 years and has given me a much deeper understanding of operations, technology, systems integration, manufacturing, global business and leadership. As I made the journey from Engineer to Project Leader to Manager to Senior Leader, I realized that personal growth and professional growth are combined, not separate! So my own growth is now the most important driver of my career and life.Some of my personal interests include health and fitness including nutrition and triathlons, intellectually challenging pursuits like poker and chess, science, spirituality, travel, languages, and of course living a full and rewarding life.
