Key achievements: • Successfully negotiated Greenland EPCM contractor fees, saving Air bp 50%.• Developed a safety system to prevent overfilling of tanks in 110 sites across four countries.• Created Air bp Global EV Supply Equipment Charging Standard which was utilised to deliver bp’s first EV airplane fuller.• Developed the Air bp bespoke Global Automation System Digital Security standard. Role:• Researched and developed a safety system, overfill prevention, for fuel tank facilities in accordance with Air bp standards and requirements. Managed the installation of the safety system over 110 sites in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Greenland. Managed contractors, negotiated contracts, developed an installation programme, coordinated payment with procurement, witnessed and signed off installations. • Identified new partners to deliver two new fuel tanks facility in Norway. Negotiated all the vendors' contracts and conducted factory acceptance tests, developing and confirming the scope of work, creating and managing the project execution and cost plans, site survey and commissioning plan.• Responsible for managing an integrated project team and contractor resources to deliver capital and expense projects of high complexity in Greenland. Overseeing the project initiation, including developing the PEP, HSSE Management plan and cost plan. I ensured that all my work complied with bp HSSE, ethical standards, and statutory requirements. Site based in Greenland for 7 weeks during the project delivery.• Project managed the design and delivery of cross-country pipeline pigging cleaning. Engaged specialist suppliers, negotiated contracts, organised site surveys, and chaired risk assessment meetings. • Developed Air bp Global EV Supply Equipment Charging Standard and Automation System Digital Security, set roles and responsibilities and developed site inventory templates.

Responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning. • Coordinated the multidisciplinary design team, including internal and external consultants.• I collaborated on some of the company's most iconic projects, such as Battersea Power Station + redevelopment and the Leadenhall Building.Role:• Completed the design team’s resourcing and prepared an action plan. Reviewed the project’s finances/expenditures to ensure profitability. Reviewed project cost plan and identified value engineering opportunities by working closely with all consultants and client representatives.• Managed and delivered the complete electrical design and supported project deliveries ranging from £1M to £100m+, including preparing reports, drawings, schematics, full electrical specifications, and Revit/3D.• Trained and managed graduates and junior engineers, focusing on their aspirations and development.• I represented CBDSP in all site-based activities for the FCA relocation to Stratford, London.
