As a project officer, I am responsible to:- Led a team of 37 in a one-year-long community development program.- Designed relevant community development program concepts and executions based on assessment results to >20 Kampung Berkah residents from various backgrounds through individual interviews and focus group discussions supported by market research to >80 students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia.- Established a professional relationship with Manggala Jingga's main donor, Oaktree, by conducting regular monthly meetings over the past year to report on the condition and progress of the program, use of funds, and program-related issues encountered.- Led the design of Manggala Jingga's community development blueprint for the next three years, until 2026, as a guide for the four programs delivered (Sekolah Jingga, Pojok Baca Jingga, Jingga Market, Jingga Environmental Program) in order to have a significant impact on the wellbeing of the Kampung Berkah community.- Prepared all team members to go into the community by organizing two trainings by experts on how to engage and build professional relationships with beneficiaries as well as training on sexual violence prevention during fieldwork.Some of Manggala Jingga's achievements over the past year:- 150 books and various learning equipment collected from donations made.- The addition of 15 new students to Sekolah Jingga, bringing the total number of students to 45.- Conducted 7 waste weighings with a total of 728.15kg of inorganic waste collected for recycling.- Collected 23 active waste bank customers with a total average savings of IDR 45,000 per customer.- Successfully empowered 2 housewives through the tempeh chips MSME built together with a total gross income from November-December totaling Rp1,315,000.- The distribution of tempeh chip products made by MSMEs around the Jati Padang area and 4 canteens in the University of Indonesia area.

- Write 3 popular studies related to social-community issues uploaded on the @bemfisipui Instagram page.- Conduct simple ethnographic research on the kawalu tradition of the Baduy tribe and publish the results through a popular article made by a team of 4 people to be uploaded to the @bemfisipui Instagram page.

Kelas Mendongeng Edisi Kemerdekaan is a collaborative project between Di Balik Masa Remaja and Negeri Kami that aims to increase literacy interest, nurture the spirit of nationalism, and introduce the concept of mental health to children in Kedaung, South Tangerang. As a person in charge, I am responsible for:- Represented Di Balik Masa Remaja in building and nurturing professional relationships with Negeri Kami to ensure successful project execution.- Led the design and development of the event's concept and technical aspects, ensuring not only interesting and valuable experience but also safety for the total 30 children as participants.- Effectively communicated with key stakeholders, including sponsors and community partners, to secure necessary support and resources for the project.- Made critical decisions regarding event planning and execution, resulting in a well-organized and successful event completed within the 4-month timeframe.- Managed and coordinated all event-related activities, from initial planning stages to post-event evaluation, ensuring all objectives were met on time and within budget.

DBMR Berbagi is an initiative of Di Balik Masa Remaja (DBMR) that aims to provide takjil for those in need during the holy month of Ramadan on Friday 13 April 2023 in South Tangerang City, Indonesia. The main objective of this initiative is to empower local vendors while creating a safe and inclusive sharing space for the community to gather and break their fast. As an event staff, I am responsible for:- Work in a team consisting of 3 people to design the concept and technical execution of the initiative.- Helping to raise funds totaling more than IDR 2,000,000 from various donors.- Distributed 150 packages of iftar food and drinks from small local businesses (UMKM) to all communities especially those in need (disabled, homeless, ojek online drivers, and other marginalized groups).

Manggala Jingga is a community development program initiated by BEM FISIP UI that focuses on three main issues: economic, environmental, and educational issues in Kampung Berkah, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. This program is funded by an Australian-based NGO, Oaktree, which receives USD 10,000.As a Community Empowerment Staff, I am responsible to:- Assisting the community of Kampung Berkah to overcome its waste problems by conducting a total of 3 educational workshops on waste management through the waste bank (bank sampah) program.- Collaborating with the Kampung Berkah Youth Organization (Karang Taruna) consisting of >20 members to educate and prepare them to set up a tempeh production business.
