- Assigned to Monitor and Evaluate the production plan and the implementation of the plan from 2 different contractor on 2 mine pit area.- Proposed a new system combination for Mine Production Fleet based on the evaluation of production plan implementation.

- Made 2 official organization regeneration grand design document for implementation in HMT-ITB regeneration activities.- Mentored 131 new members of HMT-ITB to reach the organization profile by implementing methods from organization regeneration grand design document.- Achieved 94.8% KPI rating on 2 division projects throughout 2021/2022 HMT-ITB Period.
