Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of workers.Assisting Account Manager.Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff and Orientation.Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.Checking/Doing Inventory of housekeeping supply.Cleaning food court, Mall hallways, Backdoors, Glass Doors, Mall Mirrors, Vents, Sky light and Admin Offices.Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards for Interior and Exterior.Operate cleaning heavy machine like Ride-On T7/T12/T300 Scrubber Machines, Carpet Shampoo/Spotter, Advance Vacuums, Swing/Polisher Machine, I-Mop Scrubber and Scissor Lift.Collecting Garbage and Recycles.Clean window using squeegee and pressure washing of mall entrancesSnow removal, cleaning of parking lots and remove garbage on bushes / greenbelts of the mall.Strictly follows company and clients health and safety standards.Participate of weekly, monthly and yearly health and safety training such as Fire Drills, Workplace Inspections, Incident reports, Safety Moments and Don’t Walk by Take Action.Fix and maintain housekeeping machines and equipment.Use Radio for Communication.Work Indoor and Outdoor (all season).
