Follow up with the Supplier on the SCAR activities until the issues closed and update to Spacelabs system. 6. Involved as one of Spacelabs Internal Quality Audit program.

Electrical Equipment, OEMJob Description:1. Develop and qualify new supplier according to Schneider Supplier Standard through Schneider Supplier Approval Module (SAM) Program. 2. Coordinate SQE team for part qualification, feedback to supplier and monitoring supplier performance for all commodity suppliers such as PCBA supplier, E&E Supplier, Mechanical Supplier and Plastic Supplier; Supplier Qualification Module (SQM) and Supplier Performance Module (SPM) program. 3. Ensure all IQC supervisor trigger to each commodity SQE for any deviation found during incoming checking parts. 4. Calculate monthly DPM (Defect Part per Million) for each supplier to monitor monthly supplier performance. 5. Monitor Supplier action on 8D CAR issued by each SQE commodity and control Supplier capability on replying 8D CAR. 6. Periodically audit to related supplier that based on their monthly performance needed to improve. 7. Monitor block stock inventory and conduct periodic meetings with relevant PIC to address blocked parts.

Responsible to updated on for all QA Work Instructions and execution during running. 3. Coordinate the evaluation if any product issues to analysis the root cause due to material or process related. 4. Coordinate and follow up In-process Quality Control and maintain good yield at all related stations. 5. Communicate and work with Customer for new requirement and to provide Corrective and Preventive Action for quality issues. 6. Responsible to provide all necessary / required data to Customer. 7. Lead all the teams on PCBA product workmanship standard.
