Dafina is in charge of financial processing and payroll management. Part of her financial management tasks are to processes to record & reconcile expenses against income and provide regular management reporting (financial reports and analyses). Part of her Office & Administrative management tasks include her role as Office Manager for the S& D Consulting head office and oversight of service providers’ contracts. She supports project contract oversight and deals with matters related to project finances. Dafina acts as an accountant for projects implemented by Strategy and Development Consulting/ its partners:- Technical Assistance to MEST (ESPF) Kosovo- An Education Sector Pooled Fund (ESPF) created by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency/SIDA, Austrian Development Agency/ADA and German Government- Support Kosovo’s Policy and Strategic Planning- An EU funded project managed by European Commission Liaison Office.Responsible for:- Coordination of tax related duties;- Update and check financial journal;- Give support to Team Leader and Office Manager.Also undertakes work as independent expert / accountant for other donor funded projects.
