- Define company policy and procedure for procurement/purchasing management functions, Provide leadership to all aspects of the procurement management process, Develop sourcing strategy and maintain all data concerning material procurement, Control export - import equipment, Release export shipment according to plan with sufficient volume & complete with documents, Controlling Import shipments and and Maintain good relation with Related Government Institution such as Customs and Excise (Bea dan Cukai), Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Tax Office etc. - Making sure that all these import programs are in agreement with the accepted rules and regulations of the organization. Developing and completing disciplinary activities for various import methods and procedures. - Working with the unit head of the organization and checking, studying and examining various methods and procedures of importation. - Updating himself/herself about the various rules, policies and programs of customs alongside upholding compliance with sectional modulations of the organization. - Completing all other operational undertakings and workings related to the imports of the organization and ensuring their compliance with the general policies of the same. - Implementing government facility about importation of Steel, alloy steel and their derivative products between Indonesia and Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (USDFS / User Specific Duty-Free Scheme) starting on 2011 until 2022 - Upgrading level of compliance in customs from yellow grade to green grade for Bonded Zone Facility (Fasilitas Kawasan Berikat) – 2013 - Set up the new Warehousing and milk run system – 2015 - Set up the Warehouse Management with barcode and online system – 2018 - Set up and implementing trucking with GPS Tracking system – 2020
