I worked with civil engineers and architects to draft complex plans for costume homes and commercial buildings. My role included drafting everything from the foundations, to floor and roof plans, and details. It required a high attention to detail and a strict adherence to company and clients' standards.

I tutored 1 or 2 engineering students daily on AutoCAD basics as well as helping them with complex projects.

I met with over 625 students from all around the world in person and via Zoom and provided personalized coaching in one-on-one settings to improve their resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and interviewing skills in MOCK settings. While I always love solving a good structural problem or visiting a construction site, I also enjoy helping other students to move forward in their careers, and I am good at it! I am known for my ability to identify needs and adapt my feedback appropriately. The best part of this job is to find out when my students landed their dream internship or job!

During my first semesters at BYUI, I worked as a writing tutor to help native and non-native English speakers by:• Reviewing over 15+ college-level essays weekly to ensure grammatical correctness and adhere to course requirements As a result, students increased their overall grades.

ATC is a small land-development company led by a great man, Jay Walker. It has many projects in the Valley Area that go from commercial to residential and both. I was able to apply my problem-solving skills and to learn much about construction documents and procedures! Including Due Diligence, Design Approvals & Entitlement, Construction Administration and Vertical Construction Readiness. During my time as an Intern and as a Project Manager, I was able to:1. Every 6 weeks I received groups of 12 full-time volunteers whom I would instruct, train and coach daily in learning Spanish, teaching, planning, and setting and reaching goals. I was known for always implementing creative methods that significantly increased individual’s motivation and accelerated the language learning pace. One of those methods has been “adopted” by the whole organization and is still being used today.• Coached groups of 8-12 full-time volunteers in teaching techniques while simultaneously teaching them Spanish • Initiated trusting relationships with each individual of the group by actively listening and giving constructive feedback • Designed creative methods, that were implemented by fellow instructors, to increase the language learning pace • Established specific, high, and attainable goals with each individual and inspired them to achieve them• Reported weekly on each individual’s progress and intentionally planned to upgrade every week

I am driven by passion. Weather it is walking around a barn, or competing for a first place in a show jumping track, horse-back riding has always been a passion of mine. After training and competing for a few years, I realized all the amazing both physical and mental benefits it gave me. I decided that I couldn’t keep these benefits just for myself, so I started a rigorous training so I could participate in equine therapy.
