As a Quality Control Technologist ,I ensure the quality and safety of seafood products exported to various countries. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I am certified in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and trained in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). I also have extensive knowledge and experience in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and implementation. I have a master's degree in Microbiology from Mangalore University, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of microbiological testing and analysis. I am passionate about food safety and quality, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and compliance in the seafood industry. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals.
