Incorporated upstream checks to catch escapes and track process errors.- Cut the cycle-time of the bottleneck QC process by more than 50% by separating data acquisition from analysis and offloading the analysis to a local PC cluster.- Optimized product packaging to reduce packaging cost by more than 75%, shipping weight by 80% and volume by 94%, all while greatly improving sample security during transit.-Eliminated data transcription errors on the production floor and ensured full traceability of parts by implementing a QR-based data exchange system between operations. -Built an offline local network for databasing critical process/QC data with guaranteed data authenticity and 100% network uptime-Developed an intuitive part serialization method that provides full traceability of each individual product from chemical precursor to final shipment.
