I leverage my unique mix of professional and academic experience to serve businesses, brands, and communities that need it the most.My fifteen years of management, marketing, and operations experiences has included opportunities with iconic firms such as Coca-Cola, ExxonMobil, and RJ Reynolds. I’ve applied those corporate opportunities to better serve my consulting clients of all types at any stage of the business life cycle.My eight years of academic experience includes an active research agenda that spans diversity, leadership and teams. I have presented at more than a dozen conferences and I have published in peer reviewed journals such as The Leadership Quarterly and The Journal of the Texas Alliance of Black School Educators.
