The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body for private Real Estate developers in India, which has over 9000 Members through its 20 State Chapters and 128 City Chapters. CREDAI links private real estate developers to the government and customers through numerous initiatives and activities.• Perform administrative duties as required by daily operations in the Executive Director’s office• Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively• Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention to the Executive Director• Prepare, assemble and distribute various reports and documents• Receive and screen all incoming telephone calls, provide and receive information or refer the matters to the appropriate person to handle• Establish and maintain various filing / records / database of members, trace pending issues and follow up as appropriate• Coordinate and assist in organizing major company events and conferences• Maintain the company website with regular updates of various upcoming events
