It also happens to be home to a thriving residential recording studio, La Chapelle.The recording facilities date back to 1979 and were previously (the now re-located) Katy Studios where Marvin Gaye recorded his final album, Midnight Love.La Chapelle Studio is a high end, fully equipped facility, consisting of one of the biggest recording rooms in Europe, a large control room and several isolated booths. For your comfort there is lots of daylight everywhere. The recording room is big enough to record a symphony orchestra (3000 m3, acoustic treatment by Harris Grant & Associates), but also tight and compact enough to handle rock, pop or jazz music.Next to the studio you can relax in the recreation lounge.
