Global Commercial Director for one of IBM's Top Accounts this role can be broadly summarized into 3 points covering UK & US:(i) Contract Management and Commercial Governance (ii) Pipeline and Proposals Management(iii) Contract Performance Management

Main Responsibilities:* Accountable for delivering projects and ensuring that it delivers the benefits through agreed scope to time, cost and quality. * Manage and co-ordinate all partner resources involved in the delivery, * Setup and manage governance boards, * Manage the overall Project Plan, * Put in place all commercial arrangements* Attendance at PAG/PMB as requested* Manage finances and confirm end of year out-turn monthly and against sanctioned funds* Put in place and maintain governance for project e.g. PRB* Put in place commercial arrangements with supplier prior to work commencing (including pushing through invoices)* Provide support and guidance to Project team* Manage Project Review Boards* Produce a resourced project plan with at least a monthly baseline to be shared with Programme and Portfolio* Own and maintain PID* Use RTC for project status and collaboration including Risk, Issues and status

Main responsibilites:1) Planning:* Maintaining L0 and L1 Programme Plans* Maintain L2 Plans for Programme Delivery and all pipeline projects* Analysis and feedback of resource forecasts to the Programme Manager and Client2) Finance:* Produce IBM Financial reports for all Project Managers on the Programme* Produce Finacial reports for Programme Delivery and all pipeline projects* Consolidate monthly financial reports for Financial Teams, * Produce a monthly Programme Burn Rate Chart* Produce Earned Value Analysis charts to the client3) Meeting Faciliation:* Produce and distribute monthly Programme slide decks for client assurance meetings4) Configuration Management:* Maintain both Programme SharePoint Sites, ensuring structure, content is up to date, manage permissions and ensuring compliance by all resources on the programme.5) Communication:* Liaise with stakeholders and respond to any queries* Liaise with client and IBM to on-board and off-board programme resources.* Update and deliver weekly status reports for the Programme to the client6) Project Management:* PM Programme Delivery and Continuing Strategic Alignment. 7) Site Lead:* Perform and ensure all Inductions are in place* Ensure all team adhere to and meet client security requirements

Response management:* Support production of responses from the commercial perspective, reviewing document set and ensuring all required reviews and approvals are obtained and engaging all required stakeholders both in IBM and National Grid* Provide educational materials and lead training sessions on a semi-regular basis* Keep an overview of ongoing responses* Assess the current process and provide input to the development team to automate the response process. Utilize previous knowledge of the tools being used to create management dashboards and produce educational documentation for new users.

* Follow the fundamentals of the Service Request process are followed ensuring that all SRs are inline with the Methodology being employed* Develop documentation to improve people's understanding of the various processes involved in the SR process* Manage, own and maintain the account's Delivery Process and Process Asset Library making sure that all updates are in line with the account formatting standards, testing all HTML and Java Script and ensuring that the integrity of the PAL (CMMI Level 3) is maintained.* Produced an improved estimation template by creating various macros to simplify tasks and remove user error as much as possible

Part of this work was around process assets and also integrated tooling.
