Growing up I was always assisting my dad around the house, repairing things as they broke down, installing new appliances, and building new creations for the house. Throughout this time I had always thought I was destined for food service, and made my way in to the industry, working my way up. Having worked in the industry for the past nine years I have reached the conclusion that it is time for a change, and am returning to that which I grew up doing. For that reason I am entering into the field of plumbing, as an apprentice. To achieve this I have returned to school for a certificate from Sheridan College.I am a hard worker, willing to put in the necessary labour to achieve the necessary goals. Kitchen work has taught me to stick to and focus upon the work, being able to work hard and also learn to work smart. I also have an insatiable love for learning and problem solving, always wanting to learn more, and solve more. I do best when I am being challenged regularly.I have experience working with plumbing systems around the home, installing a dishwasher, a sink, and a toilet as a child, in addition to more recent work on and around the house. Additionally I have been getting experience and practice learning at Sheridan College. I also have experience in related work, having done carpentry, metal fabrication, and small scale construction.
