These are documented in the HP Quality Center tool for Quality Assurance and are further developed into User Acceptance Test sequences. One of the Process&IT track is the ITIL processes that will be an essential part of the infrastructure delivery from HCL. My tasks are to monitor that the requirements are fulfilled in the implementation. A couple of months after I joined the Oden program a strategic decision was taken to phase out the Remedy case management system and replace it with ServiceNow. I then began working with gap analysis, collection and evaluation of new requirements and together with the ITIL process lead experts within Volvo Group IT develop test scripts for the quality assurance of the new tool. During 2017 I have been part of the onboarding of the new tool, conducting the User Acceptance Tests and monitoring the correction of detected defects. The SerivceNow tool was put in production on 18 June and is now used for the administration of the 5 ITIL processes that were part of the Wave 1 delivery; Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge and Service Request management. Embedded realtime systems for visual control of printed number codes and barcodes. I worked as a programmer and designed software modules in C. The product was used for OCR control on various types of printed products that represented some kind of value; lottery tickets, food coupons, bank cheques, flight tickets, etc. The realtime environment was based on the pSOS operating system. The source code was first designed on VAX/VMS and then cross-compiled for the target platform.

I worked as a software developer in many different projects. Generally we were developing AGV control systems for factory automation which is NDC:s core business. The major platform was VAX/VMS and the development language was C. Third party products were used for visualization of data (e g Mimer-SH and Volvo TAX) and database handling (e g Mimer-DB and VAX-RDB).
