My focus is to optimise efficiency trough the use of IT.

- Design and implementation of WellConnection Asset Management (WAM) system for RFID tracking and logistics. - Creating a Business Intelligence tool for visualising and analysing of Inspection, production and economical data by using SQL and PowerBI.- And consolidation of ICT systems for the company's that was acquired by WellConnection Group AS.- Creating a "self-running" IT system, which is both secure and reasonably user-friendly.

MAKS AS (now Gløde AS) is of the the three leading companies in the labour inclusion business in the region of Hordaland.My last task here, was to lead the company trough a merge with NIS AS. I learned a about Due Diligence in this process. As the Vice chairman i had special responsibility to find and develop new business opportunities. We looked into several prospects. I am actually proud that we had the guts to scrap prospects we had worked on for a long time. I'm also glad we found a new opportunity in "work assessment" (arbeidsavklaring). This was an important decisions that was, and still is, good for the company.

My political activities include leading the local progress party, member of the Presidency of Meland, local board member and countless committees both local and regional, including board member for claims to the regional tax department, and a position as a lay judge.Highlights from my work here is negotiations with other parties for electing a mayor and other key positions, and negotiations for political issues. Running the Total Tubular Services Department with apx. 30 employees. As part of my job as an Efficiency Manager, I was temporary made a Production Manager for the TTS department. This greatly improved my implementation ability, and lead to the success of the project.

QA and HSE. Made sure we did things according to ISO 9001 and other ISO standards.I only worked in this capacity for three months before I was called to be the Efficiency Manager at Frank Mohn Mongstad as, which had just built a new factory that need optimisation.

Used this knowledge to reduce cost in logistics and packaging of prefab pipes.It was as a Planner i first learned about BI - Business Intelligence. Combining my skills with SQL, Excel, Pivot Tables and a neck for structured thinking i got the hang of BI reasonably quick.I am proud of- Optimising production planning considerably primarily by using IT- Reducing downtime and errors on our main production system - Remmert.- Improving IT knowlede by constantly arranging 2-hours IT courses. By this also crating a culture for sharing knowledge.

My responsibility is the network for our offices in four countries. I was also responsible for the overall security work in the Framo organisation that at the time was 1300 employees. I work with: VLAN, FireWall, Virus, Spam, Policies, Exchange, PBX, VoIP, Citrix, Wi-Fi, Router/Switches, Backup, and everything else that needs attention.Most proud of:1. Setting up av VPN over Internett between 4 countries in 2001. We got the attention from several companies, including the Royal Navy who was soon to start building war ships in Spain. 2. Strong safety solutions that maintained higher security than most Norwegian banks at the time, but still kept the friendliness. At lest on Bank came to study our solutions.3. Building av complete new Server room with alle new Servers, switches, UPS, Fire prevention systems, surveillance and more.

Co-founded and was a 3D designer for Screen Partner AS. Sold to Granitol A/S and later bought back again under the name 3D Vision AS.After a few years we where 5 employees. We never made good money, but we learned about business, and about having people working for me/us. I made a huge network in the Bergen business which i still utilizes. 25-26 September 1996 i worked directly under NATO Press and Media Service bureau where i did all the overlay graphics for for the video feed during the conference.
