Managed ExxonMobil’s business in Azerbaijan, predominantly the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) oil field offshore in the Caspian Sea with daily production of ~600,000 barrels. Wide range of responsibilities, including technical and economic evaluations, concept studies for new developments, managing reserves, developing business plans, delivering M&A activities and representing ExxonMobil in various joint venture forums in Baku. Served as deputy for Asset Manager.

Led concept selection and reservoir engineering evaluations of future projects at Balder and Ringhorne fields (>$500M), including maturation of new drilling targets and evaluation of development concepts.

Led a multi-discipline project team with external partners to drill a new subsea oil well (>$100M) and perform light well intervention at the Sigyn field. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. My main responsibilities included well planning, acquisition of subsea equipment, establishing commercial agreements and securing field life extension.

Technical and economic evaluation of new subsea wells (~$100M per well) for the Balder Phase III drilling campaign, from initial screening to final investment decision, execution and start-up. Key tasks included reservoir simulation, economic evaluation, operations support, and debottlenecking of production facilities.

Led annual Planning & Budgeting process for ExxonMobil operated business in Norway.Short-term assignment in central Planning group in Houston developing global company plan.
