About Prof. David Gilbert

David Gilbert currently works for DB Systel, the internal IT partner of Deutsche Bahn, as chief consultant for digital design & UX at the interface of classic system-oriented and user-oriented software design. Before that, he worked for many years for various design studios and agencies (including Mutabor, SinnerSchrader, Syzygy, hauserlacour). The projects he has worked on have won over 30 international and national design awards. Since 2020, he is a Honory Professor at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences (Department: Design, Computer Science and Media). He is a member of the International Requirements Engineering Board and a founding member of the Digital Design working group at Bitkom.
