My role involves replacing, repairing, and balancing customer tires. I am skilled in diagnosing and repairing various tire issues including punctures while also adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of my job; I assess customer needs and explain what needs to be done to the customer on what services must be done in order to make the vehicles tires safe to drive on. Additionally, I maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols, using appropriate safety gear, and keeping work areas and tools clean. I also organize tire and tool inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and support efficient workflow.
