I have been part of the development of an online tool to visualise processes together with the company InfoCaption.Project management / system development My first major project was when we replaced the old legally ERP system at Lindab Sverige to a modern ERP system from Microsoft (Dynamics Ax). The result of this was that I developed and implemented a process and project method that Lindab used when the company started with the strategy to implement a common process and ERP system group wide. Operational developmentThe project at Lindab Sverige gave the company updated processes fuelled by a modern system with new possibilities. I was responsible for the process to transform and digitalize the administrative tasks. EDI / web shopResponsible for customer contact with the largest customers regarding EDI and for the establishment and development of the web shop.Supply ChainStarted to work with supply chain 2011 and have since then implemented a new inventory system and a new transport management system at Lindab group. Responsible for developing and implementing the new distribution concept in northern Europe
