Managing the planning and organizing of business events such seminars, scientific meetings, product launches and corporate events in coordination with the related dept (mostly sales and marketing teams). Arranging the participation of the medical professionals sponsored by the company to the national and international medical congresses. In charge of the participants accommodation, scheduling, transportation, day plans and registration procedures. Building a scenario, set off a flow, forecasting the needs, conflicts and risk. And budgeting for the events. Controlling and auditing the objectives of the events, as well as their requirements and preferences, in accordance with company compliance rules and legislative regulations. Directing the entire compliance and application process for getting permission from the Ministry of Health (MoH). Conduct the purchasing process for all requirements (accommodation, logistics, food & beverage, entertainment, etc.). Initiating e-auctions on the SAP module and administrate them. Coordinating events on-site and leading the operating team (staff). Keeping records of each step (documentation). Collecting feedbacks and gauging the satisfaction of the stakeholders and the participants. One way of this is arranging detailed and to the point surveys. Additionally, I led digitalization and automatization projects for event department within cooperation the IT dept. Some of these: “Reporting for MoH Notifications” Project, “Event Management System” Project.
