I am driven by achieving results. Results could be economical, technical as well as organisational. Currently and the last seven years, my efforts has been concentrated in changing a couple of consultant company’s traditional “resource delivery at customer premises” into something more valuable for the customer, and more profitable for the consultant company. So far the idea has been to sell more complex, well defined assignments delivered as projects with responsibility from idea/requirement to final delivery. This has not been trouble free task, but I have gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the process. I consider this task a success so far. I like people, and the three best things I know is:1. Close a business deal.2. Recruiting a fantastic person3. Develop that fantastic person into something even more fantastic.When problems occur I can usually use my long experience to analyse problems and come up with solutions.
