Reel One Entertainment is a prolific television film production company, producing some 50 films a year. Thecompany is currently developing original scripted series. My role was to generate revenue in Latam - with. Brazil -and US Hispanic Market. I was responsible for starting up and developing the finished content distribution businessin: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic andArgentina. I also sold and licensed all rights maximizing revenues by increasing window opportunities and engagingwith clients on linear and digital platforms across my territories.Achievement: over 980 K USD in TV Movies sales in Latam.Entertainment Content Markets visited: Natpe (Miami), Rio Content (Brasil), Ventana Sur (Argentina), Mip Cancún(México).

The project was to manage the distribution and sales of premium channels in the Southern Cone Region and Central Cone Region in Latam (Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic), through customer loyalty with focus in new distribution business (Mobile, OTT, among others), and also carrying out marketing content within a context of expansion in content distribution channels.Entertainment Content Markets visited: Andina Link (Colombia and Costa Rica), Chile Media Show (Chile), APTC(Perú), ATVC (Argentina), Tepal (Panamá).

Develops, implements and manages the product and the commercial strategy in cable operators with focus in "Premium Business Unit" of the following countries: Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay. The project was a dynamic fieldwork with more than 20 call centers and over 5,500 sales agents from all over the region. Through training, staff recruitment, performance analysis, business trips (best performance agents) and sales incentive plans, among other actions, we were able to improve the communication of our brands: 1) Moviecity and 2) FOX+. I achieved with great success reduction of the churn, maximizing sales in inbound and outbound positions in the following cable operators: Cablevisión and Telecentro in Argentina and Nuevo Siglo in Uruguay. The project here was a dynamic field work with more than 20 call centers and more than 5,500 agents throughout the region. Through training, staff hiring, performance analysis, business trips for clients and incentive plans, among other actions, we were able to improve the communication of our Moviecity brands. This work resulted in a reduction of churn and an improvement in the Sales per Hour index in most of the campaigns. The greatest success was achieved with Cablevisión and Telecentro in Argentina and Nuevo Siglo in Uruguay.

The challenge was to develop a marketing area that did not exist in the Institute, for which I hired the staff, coordinated the creation and design of a Web Site according to the educational needs, executed marketing, communication and advertising strategies, managed the creation of a Sales, Media and Brand Plan, which served us for the strategic relationship with the HR referents of the companies. This, together with the creation of new educational programs, the organization of events and the close relationship and work with the commercial area, resulted in the growth of client acquisition. We strengthened the brand; we gave a focus to our educational programs and developed a differential with respect to our competitors.

I successfully learned to carry out a key communicational work that resulted in the floor to start building my career as a professional.
