With more than 25 years’ experience working in the energy industry in Alberta, I am passionate about environmental stewardship, the resources we have in our province and the importance of sharing that knowledge and insight with our future leaders. I have been a resident of Alberta since immigrating here as a toddler and grew up in Drayton Valley on a sawmill. It’s where my love of trees began and to this day, the forest and mountains is where I still find peace and clarity from the busy world of oil and gas. The Ten Peaks Innovation Alliance is a not-for-profit with a mission to engage, inspire and educate Alberta’s youth about energy, the environment and our climate, and how they can play an essential role in the future of our province. I want to provide high-quality learning opportunities and elevate the insights and perspectives of our youth and teachers on the cross-collaboration between energy, environment and climate.
