Primary contact for Procure to Pay managers and employees for all Human Resources topics. - Providing expert advice and consulting on labor law, compensation & benefits, personnel and organizational issues related to people management and development- Recruitment coordination and activities in mentioned organizational units, communication with personnel agencies and other partners- Creation and implementation of HR strategies, policies and tools; change management- Coordination and active participation on strategic HR projects- Reporting and company wide communication with internal and external stakeholders- Leading discussions, workshops and presentation sessions with management

Serving as primary contact for Tax, Law and Advisory departments in all areas of human resources. Managing recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding, identifying learning and development needs, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance management process coordination. Also responsible for legal administration, internal systems and database management, reporting and event management.

Recruitment – full responsibility for recruitment and selection for graduate, experienced and support staff positions within the firm. Identifying recruitment needs with service line leaders, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. Leading assessment centers, interviews, offer creation and onboarding. HR Marketing & Employer Branding – responsible for establishing and maintaining positive employer brand through organizing external and internal recruitment events, workshops and presentations, representing the company at such events. Creating marketing materials, giveaways and presents to employees. Organizing company social events and teambuilding.Mobility – coordination of inbound and outbound secondments. Communication with authorities assuring legal compliance and reporting. Change management – chosen as an ambassador of the Workplace of the Future / EY at Work company policy implementation, member of the change management team responsible for the company move to new premises.

Full administrative support of end-to-end activities within Human Resources department, including recruitment and onboarding support, event coordination, support on performance management, learning & development, representing the company on external events etc.
