The Raindance MA in Filmmaking is a degree for filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and creatives wishing to upskill or transition into the film and digital media industry. This programme is delivered by Raindance in partnership with De Montfort University and recognised worldwide. A truly international programme, you can attend the online MA in Filmmaking via distance learning, or in person in London. Students have joined us from over 30 countries and counting.

* Departmental Director with a staff of 8 based in 2 locations, London and New York City* Working with over 400 major and medium sized content providers globally (e.g. CBS, Universal Music Group, MTVN, Aardman, Film24, GONG) on video and metadata delivery to the Joost platform, which means catering to highly varied needs. * Helped develop internal business processes and workflow, and continually revising and refining to keep up with a fast changing environment.

Managing ICT projects focused on Social Inclusion, e-Democracy and addressing the Digital Divide.Projects include:* e-Democracy - online citizen engagement in consultations which contributed to the council’s 5 year policies on Education, Health, the Environment, Housing and Safety. * HOPS - European R&D project developing voice recognition technology to be used for providing informational services to citizens. Working with 14 partners across Europe over 3 years. * Knowledge Management - research Knowledge Management initiatives in the private and public sector for the purpose of improving public sector organisation. Arrange and run a 3 day workshop for the public sector, comprised of experts in the field. The results were then incorporated into the Knowledge Management roadmap.

Produce & present a specialist music program 2 hours/week.During the subscription year the program brought in a record number of subscribers to a new show at PBS 106.7FM.Other tasks include researching & writing news breaks and announcements, categorise new releases, select feature albums, library and subscriber data management.
