"Passion, Commitment and Competence for my Customers and HR":Since 2003 I have been working as HR Consultant / Managing Partner of IMB Management Consultany Company. My focus lies on strategic and operative HR work, like recruitment, development and implementation of HR concepts and instruments, restructuring projects, external HR department and HR Interim Management. As professional background I hold a degree in business administration with main focus on HR. In addition I completed several competence development trainings in the area of professional competences, methodical, social and leadership competences. I started my professional career as HR Personal Assistant at the international oriented Cologne Trade Fair. 1991, I changed as HR Consultant to an international Swedish telecommunication company, which started its business on the German market at that time. I intensively supported the start-up and development of the Company with regards to all HR activities, like recruitment, development and implementation of HR concepts. I was responsible for several projects or worked together with a team on projects, like development and implementation of a performance management system, introduction of competence management, implementation of international leadership trainings in Germany, handling of various restructuring projects.
