Review detailed design Approval material Sources Ensure right of way issues, utilities Special emphasis on Traffic safety measurements Approve contractor’s staff. Witness ground survey randomly. Maintain register of drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, any additional drawings. Establishment communication line between his staff and contractor staff Supply RFI, site instruction forms and site dairies. Verify and certify Interim payment certificates. Maintain records for any anticipated Claims. Examine, substantiate and certify/reject claims Issue variation orders. Maintain camp decorum In charge of guest house Issue quality control forms Review Contractor quality control plans and ensure that they should follow as per quality assurance manual.
