As part of the Oncology Colombia Leadership Team, led the Business Excellence and Innovation agenda for Oncology Colombia to create value for stakeholders by leveraging data & analytics, innovation and digitally enabled initiatives to accelerate growth through nonconventional business models.- Lead the construction and communication efforts of the 2021 - 2025 strategic framework for Oncology Colombia.- Developed the strategic data & analytics framework and governance that enabled functional teams to take sound decisions that supported reaching the bold target of USD$100MM in revenue during 2021 while ataining the highest market share globally for one of the key growth brands in the portfolio.- Executed Innovation efforts together with Pharma that served to be named as the number one most innovative pharmaceutical company in Colombia by 100 Open Startups and Connect Bogota.

Managed projects aiming at leveraging standard information systems that provide system capabilities necessary to meet reliability, quality and productivity requirements for the Household Care Procter & Gamble’s plants worldwide.- Developed and presented a holistic business plan to global senior leaders to automate plants to provide real time material consumption and production tracking via integration with SAP in order to capture +USD$25MM in savings within 3 years. The program was granted approval to move forward.
