David has 17+ years of leadership development, management consulting, and executive coaching experience. He is passionate about partnering with senior-level executives to help focus and execute on their highest strategic goals and priorities. His consulting advisory, and coaching experience focuses on helping clients’ achieve organizational, team, and individual business results. David has over 4 years as a Senior Consultant and over 15 years working with FranklinCovey in various roles. He is the Lead Execution Consultant for the Government Services Team. He also leads all cultural transformation efforts for the Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD). He works with C-level, senior executives and management in areas of: executive coaching services, executive team building, leadership development, individual, team and organizational 360-assessments tools, mission, vision, values, goal clarity, strategy execution, performance management, organizational design, and change management. Prior to FranklinCovey, David was an Officer in the United States Air Force retiring after 27 years of service. During his service he led senior leadership Teams in all types of planning and execution initiatives. He was Malcolm Baldrige certified, certified in all the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) tools and practices to include LSS Black Belt Certification. He coached executives, led large-scale consulting projects in leadership and change. He managed business process reengineering projects. David has launched a profitable training company where he holds the executive management positions as President/CEO – a firm dedicated to putting the “Belief” back into humanity by assisting individuals to become human “being”s and not just human “doings” David holds a B.A in Business and Management for Angelo State University.
