Primary Clients: Verizon Wireless, Clear Broadband I was responsible for integrating fixed wireless networks of the Verizon and Rural Cellular Corporation in Pacific Northwest after their merger. My role included:- Contribute to RFP and review responses, vendor selection and negotiation- Collaborate with senior leadership and different departments to develop network strategy - Manage deployment schedule and coordinate priorities with stakeholders- Manage equipment and services vendors - Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders - Completed project on time and under budgetClearwire Phoenix market was behind schedule. I joined the project team and realigned schedule, developed new processes for design, documentation and achieved buy-ins from market and corporate leadership. Brought the project back on track.

Primary Client: Clearwire / SprintClearwire was aggressively expanding 4G wireless broadband in WiMAX (IEEE 802.16 standard). My role included the following: - Establish processes for fixed wireless design, review and deployment - Manage the end to end process including preliminary design, survey, build, test and launch- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule- Coordinate transition of completed projects to operations team- Work with vendors to define requirements for future products - Test new products in lab - Hire, train and mentor engineers

Client: AlltelI supported integration of Alltel and Western Wireless networks when the two companies merged.

- Designed long haul and short haul microwave network in various licensed and unlicensed frequency bands - Designed green field RF markets - Reviewed field surveys, filed for licenses, released final designs, reviewed acceptance test results and as-built documents- Collaborated with program managers and network operations to provides support and resolve issues, equipment failures and capacity upgrades
