VAS Team Leader at Huawei Morocco within MS (managed service) project. tasks:• Preventive maintenance tasks for the VAS platform (SMSC, MMSC, WAPGW, AAA and CRBT) and OSS nodes (I2000).• Incident troubleshooting and cooperation with R&D for deep analyze and generating RCA reports.• Operations on VAS platform for service deployment including implementing IP network rules (in F5, Firewall…).• KPIs monitoring and performance analyze (SMS, MMS, RBT...).• Supporting client in deploying new services and interconnecting with other network elements (MSC, HLR, STP, GGSN, AAA, IN…)• Operating on signaling nodes (USAU, URP) .• Storage management. • Manage VAS support team resources and tasks dispatching .• Cooperate with other teams (Corenetwork,PS,IN,Radio…) in incidents and troubleshootings .• Internal meetings with different MS teams for maintenance coordination.• Workshops with Customer (quality ,new project scope ..) • Spare part management (new package,repair&return …). • Participating in resource recruitment and Initiate new employees with our products.

Support Engineer for VAS products ( SMSC,MMSC,WAPGW,CRBT) in Front Office of Telco customer.
