Aligning with global SCM, maintain open communication with weekly reviews on outstanding orders and clear delivery schedules- Inventory Management : replenishment report by extracting raw data and report MAT consumption, stock value and coverage days and analyzing root causes of inventory levels and coverage days. Setting and managing safety stock liasing with sales department. Quarterly Inventory inspection and reconciliation in SAP system. Supporting Yearly Audit with Finance.- SCM : Control shipments from suppliers. Timely resolution of discrepancies between goods receipt and invoices. Understand the root cause of delays and take countermeasures to prevent them from reoccurring. Arranging return shipment to the entities where needs idle stock. Custom Clearance support. - Logistic : Filing claim and return- file claims for damages during transport, product defects, missing & added items to headquarter. Monitoring stock discrepancies and recorrection.- 3PL management : managing goods receipt and goods issue from 3PL warehouse, especially dealing with products, which are sensitive in temperature control.Major Achievements:- Improvements in order management : Setting SOPs for managing orders by improving transparencies between Inter companies.- Optimizing stock levels : reporting slow moving items by each business area and MAT consumption to headquarter per month.
