• Supervise and coordinate team of five officers who are responsible for managing the day to day monitoring, evaluation and restructuring of a real estate loan portfolio of up to $800 million in 16 different states and a portfolio of bank owned real estate that originally exceeded $110 million (current balance is approx $15 million) in 12 states. • Responsible for ensuring the strategy for each loan is in line with overall bank strategy and provides best opportunity to maximize capital return while also mitigating the banks legal risk and amount of expenses incurred.• Responsible for marketing strategy associated with each bank owned asset to ensure that capital returned to the bank was maximized. Coordinate monthly forecast for sales and additions, operating budgets, cash flow forecasts and annual property tax appeals. • Coordinate, review and provide initial approval for the monthly/quarterly compliance reporting for internal and regulatory purposes including Criticized Asset Reporting (CARS), FAS 114 reserve calculations, charge off and non-accrual approvals, Top 50 relationship reporting and litigation updates.

• Actively manage over 40 assets within the bank owned real estate portfolio that includes office, retail, warehouse and industrial properties throughout the Midwest and Florida in an effort to maximize the capital returned while mitigating any legal and financial exposure that the bank may have.• Responsible for creating disposition strategies (including both selling and leasing), marketing plans and engaging any necessary consultants to monetize all assets in the portfolio and return capital to the bank.• Coordinate all facets of the day to day management of a $50 million portfolio including rent collection, bill payment, repairs and maintenance, insurance placement and other matters that will maintain or increase the value of the assets.• Consult with Special Asset Officers to understand all risks and exposures that exist as a result of development, zoning, liens, tenants, title issues, etc. in order to ensure that the bank can maximize the value of all collateral that the bank could take title.

• Responsible for the supervision, coordination and oversight of the day-to-day accounting function including all financial reporting, tax filings and complying with all bank covenants and reporting requirements.• Supervise group of five employees responsible for compiling daily cash forecast, annual and periodic forecasts as well as coordinating necessary capital calls and distributions for all partners in each project and managing the day to day operations of the office.• Review and evaluate all financial models regarding any new investments and maintain the banking and legal relationships to effectively arrange the necessary financing to support the Company and each project..• Coordinate all the necessary insurance requirements for the company and each project as well as determining and managing the most fiscally responsible employee benefit program for all employees.

• Responsible for identifying and tracking strategic land parcels within specific sub markets and consumer groups which meet the strategic objectives of the division.• Responsible for managing negotiations of contracts and preparing feasibility studies that assess project risks and returns which aid management in making strategic land purchases.• Coordinate with engineers and local municipalities to expedite the entitlement process and allow for development of each respective parcel.• Responsible for coordinating and conducting operational and financial audits that monitor compliance with Company policy and provide recommendations for improvement.• Assist upper management in the coordination and execution of special projects including best practice analysis, finance policy implementation and accounting research.• Participating team member in conducting due diligence work related to several potential acquisitions and dispositions.

• Responsible for reviewing client financial statements and regulatory filings to ensure compliance with US GAAP and the related SEC requirements primarily in the telecommunication, manufacturing and energy industries.• Responsible for advising clients and Andersen personnel throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East on the appropriate accounting under US GAAP related to complex and unusual transactions.• Analyze and determine the appropriate financial statement information and requirements to be included within filings with the SEC as well as the coordination and supervision of up to 4 offices for the related engagements.

• Responsible for performing all aspects of a financial statement audit including planning, budgeting, supervision of up to 5 staff members, review and preparation of financial statements.• US GAAP expert in multiple international assignments involving initial public offerings, secondary offerings, annual financial reporting and divestitures in Europe and South America.
